RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. — The Great American Conference has released the 2025 All-GAC football squad, and seven members of the Crimson Storm earned postseason honors.
Leading the group was senior linebacker Carter Brock, who earned Second Team All-GAC honors this season after securing Third Team recognition a year ago. Brock ranked second in the league with 112 tackles while adding four sacks and two fumble recoveries for 23 yards, cementing himself as one of the conference's top defensive playmakers.
Sophomore fullback Cody Conaway earned Third Team honors. Conaway played a pivotal role in the Storm offense, appearing in all 11 contests and finishing second on the team in receiving yards with 186.
Senior offensive lineman Andy Cardenas joined Conaway on the Third Team after anchoring the SNU offensive front in all 11 games. His efforts helped the Crimson Storm post a season-high 431 rushing yards against Oklahoma Baptist.
Senior linebacker Jake Wright rounded out SNU's defensive representatives on the Third Team. Wright ranked third in the GAC with 11.5 tackles for loss and recorded 73 total tackles, finishing third on the team.
Sophomore safety Elijah Simons earned a Third Team nod as well after a breakout season. Appearing in every game for the Storm, Simons finished third in the conference with 105 total tackles.
Junior kicker Kameron Van Prooyen picked up Third Team honors for the second straight year. He appeared in all 11 games, ranking fifth in the GAC in field goals made (8) and ninth in extra points converted (18).
Rounding out the selections was junior return specialist Dezmond Williams, who earned Third Team recognition. Williams ranked fourth in the conference in punt return yards with 173 and third in average yards per return at 11.5.
In the classroom, Kendal Robertson received the prestigious GAC Elite Scholar Student-Athlete Award, becoming one of just four student-athletes across the conference to earn the honor.
The Crimson Storm was also heavily represented on the GAC Academic Honor Roll.
