SHAWNEE, Okla. — The 2011 season came to a surprising close Friday afternoon for Southern Nazarene at the Sooner Athletic Conference tournament with a  3-1 (25-19, 19-25, 25-21, 25-19) loss to Lubbock Christian.
 
The Crimson Storm (29-7) hit just .124 (48-27-170) on the night. The Storm didn't hit over .100 in any set outside the third.
 
Oliveira added 14 digs as well to her 12 kills. Kira Roberts chipped in with nine kills while Jamie Hope and Taylor Jacobs each had eight. Hope also added three blocks. Ellen Martin totaled 14 digs and Kaylee Piatt handed out 39 assists to go with her 11 digs and three blocks. KateLyn Biddy added 27 digs as well.
