Box Score ADA, Okla. — East Central collected 14 hits and limited Southern Nazarene to just nine as the Tigers earned their third straight win over the Crimson Storm 6-3.
 
East Central (19-10, 9-6 GAC) scored the games first run in the bottom of the first inning to take an early 1-0 lead before SNU found its offense.
 
The Storm (11-17, 3-15 GAC) got on on the scoreboard in the top of the fourth inning when 
Damian Santamaria earned an RBI to score 
Austin Samulowitz from third base and tie the game at 1-1. 
Ryan O'Donnell then hit a single to left center to score 
Chance San Miguel from third base and 
Michael Lowe from second to give the Storm a 3-1 lead.
 
In the bottom of the fourth inning East Central scored a run and added another in the bottom of the fifth to tie the game at 3-3. The Tigers then scored two more runs in the bottom of the sixth and one more in the eighth to seal the game for good.
 
Santamaria went 2-for-4 with an RBI while Samulowitz went 2-for-5 with a run scored. O'Donnell tallied two RBIs.
 
Thomas Schellhardt (4-3) took the loss for SNU giving up 10 hits and five runs in 5.1 innings pitched.
 
SNU will now head to Edmond to take on former Sooner Athletic Conference opponent Oklahoma Christian, Tuesday at 6 p.m.
