Box Score BETHANY, Okla. — A 12-run fifth inning by Harding in the midst of scoring 16 unanswered runs was more than enough to overcome Southern Nazarene's 7-1 lead as the Bisons routed the Crimson Storm 25-9 Friday.

Austin Samulowitz got SNU (4-5, 0-4 GAC) off to a good start in the first inning after he drilled his first home run of the season to center field putting the Storm on top 1-0.
Ryan McIntosh then hit a double to center field that scored
Chance San Miguel extending SNU's lead to 2-0. SNU scored one more run in the inning when
Michael Lowe put it in play to second base that scored McIntosh giving the Storm a 3-0 lead after the first inning.

Harding (7-3, 1-0 GAC) scored its first run of the game in the second inning cutting SNU's lead to 3-1.

The Storm then lit up the scoreboard in the bottom of the third inning. McIntosh put the ball in play to the third baseman and Samulowitz found his way home to make it 4-1.
Dillon Feland then hit a double to left center scoring San Miguel and McIntosh before
Daniel Martinez hit a sacrifice fly to left to score Lowe giving the Storm a comfortable 7-1 lead.

Harding though, exploded scoring 16 unanswered runs to take a 17-7 lead. Four of those runs came in the fourth inning and 12 came in the fifth. SNU scored one run in the inning when
Daniel Martinez hit a single to center field that scored Lowe making the score 17-8.

The Bisons scored three more runs in the top of the sixth to take a 20-8 lead. SNU scored one more run when San Miguel hit a single to center field scoring
Ryan Brosnan. Harding then scored five runs in the bottom of the seventh to seal the game 25-9.

Thomas Schellhardt, who got the start for SNU, gave up six hits and seven runs in four innings pitched.
Michael Descisciolo (1-1) took the loss for the Storm giving up three runs and three hits.

Samulowitz went 2-for-4 with an RBI and two runs scored while San Miguel went 3-of-4 with an RBI and two runs scored. McIntosh went 2-of-4 with an RBI.

SNU now hosts Harding for a Great American Conference doubleheader Saturday, at 12 p.m.
