Box Score SEARCY, Ark. — Blake Rodgers scored his second goal of the night in the 76
th minute to tie the match at 3-3 and sent the game into overtime. Unfortunately for Southern Nazarene, they could not outlast Harding as it fell 4-3 on the road.

The Crimson Storm (1-5, 0-2 MIAA) dropped their second straight Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletic Association contest.Â

The first three goals of the game came in an offensive explosion as their were three goals scored in a seven minute span. The first goal came in the 23
rd minute after Jackson Buchanan scored his second goal of the season to put the Bisons (2-1-2, 1-0 MiAA) up 1-0. The Crimson Storm answered minutes later after
Edgar Pineda assisted
Blake Rodgers to his third goal of the year and notched things up 1-1 in the 26
th minute. Harding answered quickly; in the 30
th minute, Ryan Wilhelm took the pass from Ian Park down the left side and scored from 18 yards out to give the Bisons a 2-1 halftime advantage.
Southern Nazarene found a way to answer the call once again after Rodgers gave a cross-field assist to Pineda in the 55
th minute to tie things at 2-2. Harding scored just 13 minutes later from an own goal by SNU. In the 76
th minute, Pineda assisted Rodgers a second time to tie things at 3-3 and ultimately sent the game to overtime.
The Bisons wasted no time and finished things quickly in the extra period. In the 98
th minute Christopher Walker assisted Ian Park on the golden goal to give Harding the 4-3 victory.

Harding attempted 29 shots and 10 were on target.
Tyler Wythe had six saves for Southern Nazarene. The Crimson Storm attempted 11 shots and three were on goal.

Southern Nazarene will now play Saturday at Northeastern State for an MIAA game at 1 p.m.
