Storm Compete at Wichita State

SNU competes in the Coach Wilson Invitational hosted by Shockers

WICHITA, Kan. - The Southern Nazarene University Track and Field team traveled to Wichita, Kansas, to compete in the Wichita State Coach Wilson Invitational meet.

On the men's side, Coltor Bufford earned a sixth place finish in the shot put with a throw of 14.13, while Dylan Warden placed 23rd with a mark of 11.27.

In the heptathlon, Brendan Cravens had a standout performance, securing second place with 4579 points. Cravens also set five new personal records.

For the women, Abriel Thrash shined in the high jump, finishing second with a mark of 1.60, followed by Ivy Brennan, who took eighth place with a jump of 1.40.

In the women's shot put, Eve Brennan placed fourth with a throw of 12.89, and she also earned fourth in the weight throw with a mark of 14.85. Thrash finished eighth in the shot put with a mark of 12.32.
