BETHANY, Okla—Southern Nazarene University Director of Intercollegiate Athletics, Danny Thomason, announced the promotion of Terra Deupree to Director of Business and Finance, effective July 1.

"You will meet someone from time to time where it becomes readily apparent they possess the spiritual gift of help or service" said Thomason. "There have been few folks in my life that have modeled this better than Terra Deupree! To say she makes my job as Director of Intercollegiate Athletics for SNU easier is a massive understatement!"

Deupree joined Southern Nazarene in June 2022 as the Business and Finance Administrator. She has shown a strong commitment to the mission of Southern Nazarene by serving in a number of areas.

Deupree is responsible for the day-to-day business operations of the SNU athletics department, as well as organizing the financial transactions for the department and all 22 intercollegiate teams at Southern Nazarene. She also regularly serves by working a number of various tasks at home SNU events.

Beyond Southern Nazarene, Terra can be seen serving at Bethany First Church of the Nazarene every week, still helping out at Bethany Public Schools at times, and serving faithfully with Kiwanis.

Terra is an avid runner and has competed in multiple ultramarathons. She is married to her husband, Chisholm, and has three children; Caden, Kylie, and Jesse.
