BETHANY, Okla.—Southern Nazarene Volleyball head coach Kevin Ingram announced the addition of three newcomers for the 2023 early signing class. These new student-athletes are set to join the Crimson Storm in the fall of 2023.
The three new signings all come from out of state. Rayanna Mauldin joins SNU from Gunter, Texas, EmmaGrace Moddelmog comes from Fort Collins, Colorado, and Riley Richardson hails from Bentonville, Arkansas.
Let's meet the 2023 early signees:
Rayanna Mauldin, 5-8, OH, Gunter, Texas (Gunter High School)
Mauldin joins the Crimson Storm out of Gunter High School where she prepped four varsity seasons under head coach Kaitlyn Gill. She also served one year as captain for the Gunter Volleyball team. Mauldin raked in awards during her high school career. She was named Newcomer of the Year during her first season, and was an All-State selection for three seasons. She was also named the District MVP and State Tournament MVP after leading her team to a 3A State Championship this season.

EmmaGrace Moddelmog, 5-7, S, Fort Collins, Colorado (Fossil Ridge High School)
Moddelmog comes to SNU after prepping three varsity seasons at Fossil Ridge High School in Fort Collins, Colorado. The setter served two seasons as captain and helped lead the team to their first state tournament appearance in four years. She was an All-Conference Honorable Mention her sophomore year and Second-Team All-Conference selection her junior and senior seasons. She was nominated to play in the All State game this season.

Riley Richardson, 5-11, MH, Bentonville, Arkansas (Bentonville West High School)
Richardson is set to join Southern Nazarene after prepping three varsity seasons, including one year as captain, at Bentonville West High School. Richardson led her team with a .370 hitting percentage and racked up 283 kills during her senior season. She helped lead her team to the state quarterfinals twice and was named to both the All-Conference and All-State teams.
