BETHANY, Okla – Southern Nazarene's
Colin Pasque received All-Central Region honors from the United States Track and Field and Cross-Country Coaches Association.
According to the USTFCCCA, the top five individuals in each event from each region earned All-Region distinction.
Pasque, ranked fifth in the Central Region in the pole vault. A two-time All-Region honoree in the event, Pasque's best height of the season was 5.20 meters, which helped him earn a first place finish as the MSSU Last Chance. He ranks fifth in Division II in the pole vault. Pasque was one of eight Great American Conference athletes to be an All-Region selection. Southern Arkansas led the way with three athletes selected, Harding had two, and both Oklahoma Christian and Rogers State had one athlete.
Pasque has automatically qualified for the NCAA Division II Outdoor Track and Field Championships on May 25-27 in Bradenton, Florida.
