WINFIELD, Kan. — Southern Nazarene is winding down the outdoor season and picked up a few personal bests and had some top finishes at the Southwestern Relays.

Grayson Haws captured the 1,500 meters with a 3:59.39 as he was the only runner to break four minutes.

Sterling Wright ran a 10.97 in the 100 to take second and posted a 22.36 in the 200 to take fourth.
Korey Eakers placed fourth in the 400 with a 49.98 while
Dalton Stout took seventh with a 50.87. Deandre Vick also placed second in the 400-meter hurdles with a 56.20 and third in the 110-meter hurdles with a 15.14.

Blake Wieczorek and
Merritt Suenram took fourth and fifth in the 800 with a 1:58.29 and 1:58.76.

The men's 4x400-meter relay team posted a 3:18.13 and took first by more than four seconds.

Garrett McGrady took second in the shot put as he recorded a 14.76-meter throw and a third place finish in the discus with a 44.63-meter toss.
Colin Pasque also took third in the pole vault as he cleared 4.57 meters.

Aliyah Nolan took third in the 200 with a 25.94 and seventh in the 100 with a 12.69. Lakresha James also took third in the 800 with a 2:23.71. Jewlia Long took fourth in the 100-meter hurdles with a 16.37.
