DURANT, Okla. — Southern Nazarene suffered its first loss in the Great American Conference as it fell 7-2 at Southeastern Oklahoma State.

The Savage Storm (8-4, 1-0 GAC) swept all three doubles matches and only dropped No. 1 and 2 singles as it took an early lead on the Crimson Storm (1-4, 1-1 GAC).

Masha Andrianova and
Natalia Moreno fell 9-8 (7-4) at No. 1 in the closest match in doubles while
Polina Chala and
Karina Kotova fell 8-2 at No. 2 and
Kaitlyn Atkeson and
Taylor Sullivan lost 8-1 at No. 3.

Andrianova moved to 4-1 on the year at No. 1 singles with a 6-4, 6-3 win over Alexsandra Reljic who is ranked No. 18 in the Central Region. Chala won her first match at No. 2 singles, with a 10-1 tiebreaker. She dropped the first set, 6-2, over Ilga Racika-Racko before falling 6-3 in the second set.

Moreno lost 6-1, 6-2 at No. 3 while Kotova fell 6-2, 6-1 at No. 4. Atkeson lost 6-1, 6-3 at No. 5 and Sullivan dropped a 6-1, 6-0 match at No. 6.
