DALLAS, Texas — Southern Nazarene University dropped its first match of the 2015 season falling 6-3 at No. 44 Dallas Baptist.
 
The Crimson Storm (0-1) actually held a 2-1 lead after doubles, but went down 5-1 in singles.
 
Masha Andrianova and Natalia Moreno picked up an 8-6 win at No. 1 doubles over Natalie Gennissen and Amanda Richter, 8-6, at No. 1 while Karina Kotova and Polina Chala defeated Cassandra Wennerstrom and Liz Slaughter 8-6 at No. 2. Kaitlyn Atkeson and Taylor Sullivan fell 8-1 at No. 3.
 
Andrianova was the only Storm player to pick up a win as she knocked off No. 35 Gennissen 7-6 (7-2), 7-6 (7-2). Moreno lost to Wennerstrom 6-3, 6-2, at No. 2 while Chala fell 5-7, 6-2, 11-9 at No. 3. Kotova lost 6-2, 6-4 at No. 4. Atkeson fell 6-0, 6-0 at No. 5 and Sullivan lost 6-0, 6-1, at No. 6.
