Box Score ARKADELPHIA, Ark. — Henderson State shot 60 percent from the 3-point line going 9-for-15 and limited Southern Nazarene to only 32.9 percent shooting from the field as it knocked off the Storm 86-71.

The Reddies (8-2, 3-1 GAC) wasted no time jumping off to an 11-3 lead at the 16:20 mark of the first half. The Storm though, came within two after
Kristin Milster drained a jumper with 10:15 to play but Henderson State answered with a 25-7 run to close out the first half jumping out to a 44-26 lead at the break.

Henderson State hit seven 3-pointers in the first half going 7-for-11 from downtown shooting 63.6 percent. SNU (5-6, 2-3 GAC) only went 3-for-11 from the 3-point line and only attempted six free throws. The Reddies got to the charity stripe 16 times in the first half going 11-for-16 shooting 68.8 percent. Henderson State scored 16 first half points off of SNU turnovers while the Storm scored just six off of the Reddies giveaways.

SNU was never able to get within single digits in the second half as Henderson State kept its foot on the pedal. The Storm did limit the Reddies to only two 3-pointers in the second half but sent Henderson State to the free throw line 22 times as they made 18-of-22 from the line. SNU only shot 3-for-14 from the 3-point line in the second half shooting 21.4 percent. The Storm shot 14 second half free throws going 12-for-14.

The Reddies' Aungelique Sledge led all scorers scoring 36 points and grabbed 12 rebounds. Sledge also went 7-for-7 from the 3-point line.
Aminata Fall led the Storm in scoring notching 21 points and pulled in 11 rebounds going 7-for-7 from the free throw line. Milster tallied 20 points and tied a career high in rebounds with 10.
Callee Cox pitched in 15 points and grabbed four rebounds while
Danielle Gaddis scored six points.
