Box Score BETHANY, Okla. — Southern Nazarene was held to its lowest shooting percentage of the year and hit just three 3-pointers in a 74-60 loss to Oklahoma City.

The Crimson Storm (4-5) had a team-high 23 points out of
CJ Smith who went 7-for-14 from the floor and had eight rebounds, but SNU went just 20-for-60 from the field and 3-for-22 from beyond the arc. The Stars (4-3) also outscored the Storm in the paint 42-28.

Quan Conner had 15 points while Francsico Hukill had 10 off of the bench.

OCU's Terry Johnson had a game-high 25 points, as he was 8-for-11 from the floor and 7-for-9 from the free-throw line. The Stars shot 45.8 percent from the field, 51.9 percent in the second half.

Southern Nazarene led just once the entire game and that was at 2-0. The Stars answered with a 13-4 run to lead 13-6. Conner then sparked a 9-2 run to tie it at 15-15 with 5:51 left in the half, but OCU scored 12 straight to lead 27-15 and took a 32-23 lead at halftime

OCU led by as much as 14 in the second half and were up 53-40 with 10:27 to play. Conner hit two more free throws to start an 11-3 run to cut it to 56-51 with 7:08 left. That was as close as SNU came though as the Stars closed out the game with an 18-9 run.

The Crimson Storm now step back into Great American Conference play for the rest of season and will return back to the court, Jan. 2, at Ouachita Baptist for a 7:30 p.m. game.
