BETHANY, Okla. — Southern Nazarene put together another complete performance Saturday afternoon, pulling away in the second half to defeat Southeastern Oklahoma State 90–60 inside the Sawyer Center to begin the new year.
The Crimson Storm (11–1, 5–1 GAC) and Savage Storm (3–9, 2–4 GAC) were locked in a tight battle through the opening 20 minutes, with SNU holding a narrow 33–31 advantage at the break after balanced scoring kept the home side in front.
Everything shifted after halftime. Southern Nazarene exploded for 57 second-half points while holding Southeastern Oklahoma to just 29, turning a two-point game into a commanding 30-point victory. Bam Johnson and Colby Henderson each chipped in eight points, with Henderson adding three assists and two steals to help anchor the defensive effort.
