BETHANY, Okla. — Adrienne Berry poured in a career-high 34 points on 6-of-9 shooting from three-point range, as Southern Nazarene defeats Harding 77-76 Thursday night.

The win snapped an eight-game losing streak against the Bisons (5-8, 1-4 GAC), as the Crimson Storm (5-5, 3-3 GAC) took down Harding for the first time since 2013. SNU forced 21 turnovers from the Bisons, and scored 28 points off those turnovers. The Storm shot 43 percent from the field, and 45 percent from three-point range, as they also held Harding to just 36 percent shooting from the field.

Southern Nazarene also gave up a season-high 20 offensive rebounds to Harding, which allowed the Bisons to hang around for most of the game.
Alexus Jones was the only other player that scored in double figures for SNU, as the freshman scored 10 points, pulled in seven rebounds, and dished out seven assists.
Abby Niehues was the anchor on the defensive end, as the freshman swatted a career-high six shots.
Kennedy Gillette also chipped in eight points off the bench for the Storm.

SNU couldn't have asked for a better start to the game. They jumped out to a quick 13-0 run, as Berry scored 11 of her 34 in the first quarter and the Storm led 23-14. Harding though, came back with a big run of their own in the second period. They outscored SNU 26-15, and the Bisons took a 40-38 lead into halftime.

After a third quarter that saw both teams trading buckets and a couple of ties, Harding took a 57-54 lead into the final period. Berry came alive in the final quarter, as she scored 13 points and went 3-3 from downtown. She knocked down two clutch free throws with 12 seconds left to give the Storm a 77-76 lead, as Harding prepared to make a game-winning bucket.

Southern Nazarene's defense prevailed, as it got the stop to move back to .500 on the season in conference play.
