DURANT, Okla. — Jacob Spady accounted for 219 yards of total offense by himself as he ran for 112 yards and two touchdowns and then threw for 107 yards for Southern Nazarene in a 45-14 loss at Southeastern Oklahoma State.

The sophomore quarterback had 63 of his rushing yards on two different touchdown runs for the Crimson Storm (0-4, 0-4). His first one came as the first points of the game on a 35-yard run to cap a 7-play, 75-yard drive to help put the Storm up 7-0.

The Savage Storm (3-1, 3-1 GAC) answered a few minutes later to tie it at 7-7 and then added a late touchdown and a field goal to take a 17-7 lead at the half. Southeastern pushed it to 31-7 before Spady scored his second touchdown the game. This time it was a 28-yard run to end another 7-play, 75-yard drive as SNU cut the score to 31-14.

That was as close as the Crimson Storm came though as SOSU added two touchdowns in the fourth to put it away.

SNU had their highest offensive output of the year with 313 yards of total offense. The Storm notched their first 200-yard rushing game of the year with 206 total on the ground and their first 100-yard passing game of the year with 107.

Derrick Arrington led the way in the receiving corps with 37 yards receiving on four catches.
Terence Olds also had 43 yards rushing on 12 carries.
Damion Willis led the way defensively with 11 tackles, 2.5 which were for a loss of two yards.
Justin Breitling had one sack and a forced fumble as well.
