RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. — Southern Nazarene dropped its sixth consecutive game in Great American Conference play as it dropped a 9-3 contest to Arkansas Tech.

The Crimson Storm (1-15, 1-6 GAC) found itself in an early hole as the Wonder Boys scored the first six runs of the game. ATU took a 1-0 lead in the bottom of the second before adding two in the fourth and fifth innings. Another Tech run in the sixth made it a 6-0 game.

SNU tried to mount a comeback in the seventh as Mike Descisciolo blasted his second home run of the year to score
Tyler Stevens and make it 6-2.

Tech had an answer though as the Wonder Boys tacked on three runs in the bottom half of the seventh to push the lead to 9-2.
Dillon Feland hit his second home run of the season in the top of the eighth, getting to the final score of 9-3.

Feland recorded his second consecutive game with three hits as he went 3-for-4 with a stolen base. Descisciolo recorded a hit for the seventh time in eight games, going 2-for-4 with two RBI's.

Mason Pinion (0-5) got the start for the Crimson Storm and surrendered six runs, four earned, on eight hits while walking two striking out three over 5.1 innings of work.
