BETHANY, Okla.— Anthony Wiggins went 3-for-7 with a double, two RBIs, and two runs scored in Southern Nazarene's 5-4 loss and 5-3 win over Northwestern Oklahoma State.

In game one, the Crimson Storm (5-15, 4-10 GAC) got on the board first in the bottom of the fourth inning as Wiggins hit an RBI double to right field and drove in
Dillon Feland. The Rangers (13-13, 6-9 GAC) responded in the top of the fifth inning with an RBI double to tie the game at 1-1. Southern Nazarene retook the lead in the bottom of the fifth as they scored three runs. An error by Northwestern Oklahoma State's pitcher scored
Gaige Webster and
Riley Morrow. Wiggins singled to right center and drove in Feland.

The Rangers scored three runs in the top of the seventh to tie the game at 4-4. Both teams left three runners on base in the last three innings to send the game into extra innings. Northwestern Oklahoma State scored a run in the top of the tenth off an error by SNU's catcher to give them the 5-4 lead. Southern Nazarene put two runners on base in the bottom of the tenth to give them a chance to win the game with two outs.
Michael Descisciolo hit a deep fly ball to left field that was just within reach of the left fielder that he caught to end the game.

Jacob Spruill started the game and pitched six innings, allowed one run off of three hits, and had a career-high six strikeouts. Descisciolo (0-1) pitched 3.2 innings and allowed one run off of five hits.

Webster went 2-for-4 with one run scored. Wiggins went 2-for-4 with a double and two RBIs. Feland went 1-for-4 with two runs scored.

In game two, the Crimson Storm got on the board first in the bottom of the first as
Caleb Teel was walked with the bases loaded to drive in Wiggins. They added to their lead in the bottom of the third as Feland hit an RBI double that drove in
Brandon Dormaier. They stretched their lead to three runs in the bottom of the fifth as Teel hit an RBI single to right field and drove in Wiggins. Southern Nazarene added two more runs in the bottom of the sixth as Dormaier hit a two-RBI single to left field that drove in
Dalen Edgar and Webster.

The Rangers rallied in the top of the seventh as they hit a three-run home run to left field to cut the deficit to two runs with no outs. Their next batter flied out to centerfield to put one out up on the board. Wiggins walked their next batter to put the tying run up to the plate. He moved to second base on a wild pitch by Wiggins. Wiggins proceeded to strike out the next two batters to end the game.

Wiggins (2-3) pitched his second straight complete game of the season as he pitched seven innings, allowed three runs off of six hits, and had nine strikeouts.

Dormaier went 2-for-4 with two RBIs and one run scored. Teel went 2-for-3 with two RBIs. Wiggins went 1-for-3 with two runs scored.Â
