BETHANY, Okla.— Aminata Fall scored 28 points, including eight of Southern Nazarene's 11 points in overtime, in its 71-68 overtime victory over Southern Arkansas.

Fall led the team in scoring and also had 13 rebounds, seven blocks, and five assists.
Katelynn Gorman scored a career-high 12 points and grabbed five rebounds.
Danielle Gaddis scored ten points, pulled in three rebounds, and had two steals.

The Muleriders (5-16, 3-12 GAC) started the game with a 9-4 run to create an early advantage. They followed that up with a 9-8 run to stretch their lead over the Crimson Storm (7-15, 4-11 GAC) to six points. Southern Nazarene cut their lead to three points with a 12-9 run. Southern Arkansas ended the half with a four-point lead off of a 3-2 run.

Abby Boyd scored five points, grabbed two rebounds, and also had one assist. Gaddis scored five points and pulled in two rebounds.

The Crimson Storm cut the lead down to three with a 13-12 run to start the second half. They took the lead at the eight-minute mark with a 16-11 run. The Muleriders tied the game two minutes later. They took a 60-59 lead with 52 seconds remaining. Southern Nazarene tied the game again with a free throw by Gaddis with 26 seconds left. She missed her second free throw and Southern Arkansas missed a shot with three seconds remaining to send the game into overtime.

Fall scored 12 points, grabbed six rebounds, blocked three shots, and dished out three assists in the second half. Gorman scored eight points and grabbed three rebounds. Gaddis scored five points and pulled in two rebounds.

The Muleriders got off to a quick start in overtime with a 4-0 run. The Crimson Storm retook the lead with a three-pointer by Hutchings and a layup by Fall. The teams traded baskets and then Fall scored four consecutive points to give SNU a 71-68 lead with 12 seconds left. Southern Arkansas had two chances to tie the game, but missed both three-pointers in the last five seconds of overtime to seal the game for the Crimson Storm.
