ARKADELPHIA, Ark.— Aminata Fall broke the Great American Conference and the Southern Nazarene record for points scored in a game with 43 in an 81-71 loss to Henderson State.

Fall set the school and GAC record for most field goal attempts in a game with 34. She also tied the GAC record and is now tied for second in school history for most field goals made in a game with 16. Her 11 made free throws tied her career-high and her 13 free throw attempts set a new career-high. She posted a double-double as she grabbed 14 rebounds to go along with her 43 points. She also blocked four shots.

Abby Boyd was second on the team in scoring as she scored nine points and pulled in two rebounds.
Miranda Taylor scored seven points and grabbed six rebounds.

The Reddies (8-14, 6-10 GAC) jumped out to an early six-point lead as they posted a 14-8 run to start the game. Their lead grew to 20 points with a 22-8 run and they closed out the half with a 10-3 run to extend their lead to 27 points at halftime.

Fall scored ten points and grabbed four rebounds in the first half.
LaShabra Plunkett scored three points and also had one rebound.
Ashley Gorman scored two points and pulled in three rebounds.

The Crimson Storm (7-15, 4-12 GAC) slowly started to cut into the lead in the second half. After a layup by
Danielle Gaddis at the 15:50 mark, Fall scored ten consecutive points for SNU to cut the deficit to 23 points. Southern Nazarene cut the lead to 15 points with a 13-2 run in the next three minutes of play. Then Fall went on a another run as she scored 13 consecutive points for the Crimson Storm to cut the deficit to 12 points with 1:24 left to go. They cut the lead down to ten points with a bucket by Fall with 34 seconds left to go, but Southern Nazarene ran out of time to mount the comeback.

Fall scored 33 points and grabbed ten rebounds in the second half. She also had three blocks. Boyd scored all nine of her points in the half and also had one rebound. Taylor scored five points and pulled in six rebounds.

Fall broke the GAC record for most points scored in game that was previously held by Krystal Beachum of Henderson State. Beachum set the record during the 2013-14 season with 41 points in a game against Southwestern Oklahoma State. Fall broke the school record that was previously held by Julia Yunusova and Lana Keith. Yunusova scored 39 points against Oklahoma City during the 1995-96 season and Keith scored 39 points against Northwestern Oklahoma State during the 2009-10 season.

With 43 points in tonight's game, Fall is now 20
th in school history with 1,358 points scored. She also now owns four out of the ten highest scoring games in school history.
