BETHANY, Okla. — Southeastern Oklahoma State didn't miss much the entire night shooting over 60 percent from the floor in a 74-58 win over Southern Nazarene.

Jared Starkey scored a career-high 15 points for the Crimson Storm (5-3, 2-2 GAC) as he went 6-for-7 from the field. SNU as a team hit 44.7 percent from the field and went 6-for-20 from 3-point range. The Storm did hit 10-for-14 from the charity stripe. The Savage Storm (4-6, 1-2 GAC) outscored SNU 38-16 in the paint as they had looks from 10-15 feet in most of the night. Southeastern also scored 16 points off of 10 SNU turnovers.

LB Willis also had 11 points four rebounds and two steals.
Francisco Hukill and
Corey McCrary each had nine points as Hukill had three rebounds and four assists.

The Crimson Storm led twice, at 2-0 and at 24-23 in the first half, but Southeastern controlled the night from that point on. The Savage Storm broke a 27-27 tie with six minutes left in the first half with a 14-5 run to take a 41-32 lead at the half. SNU cut it to 41-35 out of the gate in the second half, but the Savage Storm went on a 17-6 run to lead 60-41 with 10:02 left and cruised from there.Â
