BETHANY, Okla. — It took Southern Nazarene just an hour and 13 minutes to put away Ouachita Baptist, 3-0 (25-16, 25-12, 25-13) as SNU has won four of it's last five.
The Crimson Storm (11-4, 4-1 GAC) ripped through the Tigers (10-4, 3-3 GAC) holding them to a -.030 clip (20-23-100) while SNU hit .212 (38-16-104).
Taylor Jacobs finished the night just three kills short of 1,000 for her career as she had 13 on the night and hit .500. She also had four blocks and five digs.
Courtney Bowie ripped a .312 hitting percentage as she had seven kills.
Emilee Crawford also had five kills, two blocks and four digs.
Kaylee Piatt dished out 32 assists and added an ace.
Elyse Berlin and
Abigail Funk each had two aces while
Dani Chase and
Abbey Bell each had 1- digs.
As a team SNU had seven blocks and 49 digs on the night.
