·   Prepped four varsity seasons at Western Hills High School in Fort Worth, Texas, where she graduated in 2013
·   Was a three-time all-district selection
·   Named District Setter of the Year as a junior and Newcomer of the Year as a sophomore
·   Received the Outstanding Setter Award as a freshman
·   Named Team MVP as a junior
·   Earned academic all-state honors as a senior
·   Was an Optimist Club SSI Finalist which honors scholarship and sportsmanship in athletics

·   Born Jan. 31, 1995, to Kenny and Michelle Elam
·   Has one sister Kasey Elam
·   Mother played volleyball at SNU
·   Majoring in kinesiology with an emphasis in coaching and teaching and minoring in children’s ministry
·   Enjoys going to youth group, community service and graphic design
