Nikki Dieball

Nikki Dieball returns to the volleyball coaching staff in 2025 for her sixth season as an associate head coach, making this her twelfth season a part of the SNU coaching staff. 

Dieball played an integral part in SNU's GAC Championships run in which the Storm won the schools first GAC Tournament title and advanced to the NCAA Division II National Tournament in 2016. 
 
Dieball came from Oklahoma City University where she coached the Stars for three seasons. Dieball became just the second coach for OCU since the program restarted in 2006. She joined the Stars after serving as the Head Coach at Mid-America Christian the previous two years.

In 2011, Dieball mentored three All-Sooner Athletic Conference performers along with three NAIA scholar-athlete award winners. The Stars advanced to the Sooner Athletic Conference Tournament in all three years, reaching the semifinals in 2013.
 
In 2013 she coached OCU’s first SAC Freshman of the Year and Region VI Freshman of the Year in Kristen Macy. The Stars garnered three All-SAC selections, two honorable mentions, and two Daktronics NAIA Scholar-Athletes.

At Mid-America Christian, Dieball directed the Lady Evangels to a third-place finish in the National Christian Collegiate Athletic Association Central Regional in 2009 after a runner-up finish the previous year. Outside hitter-middle blocker Cris Smith received an NAIA All-American honorable mention, NCCAA All-Region selection, NAIA Scholar-Athlete and All-Sooner Athletic Conference First Team performer last season.

Prior to Mid-America, Dieball served as interim coach at St. Gregory’s. Dieball also spent two years as graduate assistant at Central Oklahoma.
 
As a student-athlete, Dieball played on three national championship teams. Dieball played basketball and volleyball for Mid-America Christian as a freshman, aiding Mid-America to the 2001 NCCAA Division II volleyball championship. Then Dieball joined Southern Nazarene’s basketball and volleyball teams, playing on Southern Nazarene’s 2003 and 2004 NAIA women’s basketball title teams. She became an All-SAC pick as a senior and a three-time Academic All-SAC selection.

From Mustang, Oklahoma, Dieball (nee’ Floyd) became an all-state volleyball player and Indian All-State in basketball.
 
She also is USAV CAP Level II impact certified and is the President and Director of Rise Volleyball Club. She is also on the Board of Directors for the Oklahoma Region Volleyball Association. She is also the Co-Head Coach of the Oklahoma Region High Performance Team.

Dieball earned her bachelor's in psychology from Southern Nazarene in 2006 and her master's in general psychology from Central Oklahoma in 2013. She and her husband Jonathan have two sons, Kasyn and Kyler.
