Southern Nazarene University Athletics

Faile is in his second season as a Graduate Assistant Coach with the Southern Nazarene Men’s Basketball program.

Before joining SNU, he spent eight years coaching high school basketball in Colorado, with two seasons at Thornton High School and six at Golden High School. While at Golden, his teams won three Jeffco League Championships, qualified for the state tournament five times, and advanced to the Sweet 16 three times.

Faile earned his associate’s degree in Psychology with Cum Laude honors from Front Range Community College in 2021. He went on to graduate from the University of Colorado in 2023 with a double major in Communications and Psychology, also with Cum Laude honors, and is currently pursuing his MBA.

In his free time, he enjoys hiking with his fiancée, Breanna, and their dog, Gina.
