·   Prepped four varsity seasons at Pampa High School, where he graduated in 2020
·   Named honorable mention All-State as a senior quarterback
·   Was a two-time First Team All-District selection as well
·   Tabbed District 3-4A Offensive Most Valuable Player in his final season
·   Also played basketball and ran track for the Harvesters
