·    Took his one interception on the year back for a 30-yard touchdown against Texas College

·    Recorded a season-high six tackles twice; both at home against Friends (Kan.) and Texas College
·    Notched at least one tackle in each game of the season
·    Broke up a career-high two passes against Haskell (Kan.)
·    Recorded a career-high two tackles for a loss against Texas College

·    Played in eight games as a freshman
·    Recorded three tackles in the first six games of the year before posting 19 in the final two games of the year
·    Notched a season-high 10 tackles and picked off a pass at Bacone
·    Recorded nine tackles and recovered a fumble against Langston

·    Prepped at Westmoore (Okla.) High School
·    Was named to the all-district and All-Mid-State Conference teams
·    Chosen Red Zone Player of the Year and was a Jim Thorpe All-Star Game participant
·    Recognized for having the most combined rushing/passing yards at 1,900 as a quarterback as a junior
·    Was on the Honor Roll for four years
