HIGH SCHOOL
·   Prepped four varsity seasons at Abernathy (Texas) High School where he graduated in 2015
·   Named the Class 2A-2 District MVP as a senior
·   Selected 2A-2 Division I Dave Campbell Texas Football PLayer of the Year as a senior
·   Earned All-State honorable mention from the Texas Sports Writers and Associated Press as a defensive lineman
·   Helped the Antelopes reach teh state quarterfinals
·   Earned All-District honors as a junior on both offesnive and defensive lines as a junior
·   Named All-District as an offensive lineman as a sophomore
·   Recorded 81 tackles, 26 for a loss, 9.5 sacks, four forced fumbles all as a senior
·   Posted 85 tackles, 13 for a loss, five sackes and three forced fumbles as a junior
·   Helped AHS go 44-8 in his four years
·   Played two years of basksetball and threw the shot and discus two seasons as well
·   Named 2A-4 All-District in basketball
