·   Prepped four varsity seasons at Faith Academy in Marble Falls, Texas, where he graduated in 2017
·   Named District Co-MVP and Defensive Player of the Year as a senior
·   Selected All-District First Team at linebacker and received an honorable mention at running back as a senior
·   Helped the Flames reach the state playoffs for the first time in four years
·   Recorded 107 tackles, 16 for a loss, six interceptions, three sacks, three forced fumbles, three fumble recoveries, and three pass breakups as a senior
·   Posted 153 tackles, 14 tackles for a loss, two sacks, one interception, six forced fumbles, 5 pass breakups
·   Played baseball and ran track four seasons and played basketball for two seasons
·   Was a two-time All-District First Team choice in baseball
