•    Played three years of varsity football at Cypress (Texas) Christian where he graduated in 2012
•    Named all-state first team at offensive tackle, all-state second team at defensive tackles and was an all-district first team selection at both offensive and defensive tackle as a senior
•    Selected to play in the Sports Marketing Bowl; the all-star game for all of Houston’s private schools
•    Helped lead the Warriors to three straight district and bi-district titles and a 26-11 record over three years
•    Earned academic all-state honors as senior

•    Born April 25, 1994, to Scott McCurry and Michelle Anderson
•    Has two brothers, Robert and Brock, and three sisters, Ashley, Meagan and Emily
•    Father, Scott, played football at Texas Tech
•    Plans to be a doctor or work in human resources
•    Enjoys being around friends and playing basketball
