HIGH SCHOOL
·   Prepped four varsity seasons at Hardin High School, where he graduated in 2021
·   Served all four seasons as team captain 
·   Received First Team All-District Nose Guard and Second Team All-District Offensive Guard as a sophomore
·   Awarded Superlative Lineman of the Year as a junior and senior 
·   Also competed in power lifting 
·   Was a two-time regional qualifier, state qualifier, and ranked 9th in the state in power lifting throughout high school
·  Also threw shotput and discus where he became Area Champion his senior season

PERSONAL
·   Born Nov. 20, 2002, to Pete and Tish Thonsgaard
·   Has one brother, Jake, and one sister, Jules
·   Cousin, John Stelly, played football at Northeastern State University
·   Majoring in physical education with plans to coach in his hometown after graduation 
·   Enjoys working out, church, and leading bible studies
