Southern Nazarene University Athletics

Jared Howell will enter his third season at Southern Nazarene University in 2024, he will be coaching the defensive backs.

Howell started at SNU as a graduate assistant where he coached the cornerbacks. Under his leadership, he coached a two-time all-conference corner. He played his college ball at Tennessee Tech University. While there he played nickelback. Howell also coached for the Tennessee Tech Golden Eagles as a student assistant his senior year. He contributed as the assistant nickelbacks coach and assistant to the defensive coordinator.

Howell graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Finance and a minor in Social Sciences in May of 2021. Howell also graduated with his MBA from Southern Nazarene University May 2024.
