Hada enters his fifth full season in 2025 as the Head Coach for the Southern Nazarene University football program.
His first full season came in the fall of 2021. The team finished 1-10 as Hada earned his first SNU victory in a 30-22 win over Southwestern Oklahoma State. The team limited SWOSU to just 48 yards of offense in the second half on the way to the win.
In 2022, Hada led Southern Nazarene to one of their most successful seasons in the program's DII history. They won five of their final six games, with the only loss coming in overtime to Henderson State. The offense was one of the best in the nation as the led the country in yards per carry, and finished 3rd in yards per game. Quarterback, Gage Porter was named GAC and Super-Region 3 Player of the Year, as well as being named to the AP and Dan Hansen All-American teams.
In 2023, Hada led the Storm to yet another successful season as they earned a trip to their first ever bowl game in the DII era. The SNU offense remained dominant in 2023 as quarterback Gage Porter continued to lead Southern Nazarene. Porter earned national attention as a finalist for the Harlon Hill award as well as earning GAC Offensive Player of the Year and All-Super Region 3 honors.
In 2024, Hada led the Crimson Storm to a 3-8 season record. SNU won their final three games after taking down No. 3 Ouachita Baptist on the road. The Storm defense held the Tigers to just 17 points, the fewest points Ouachita scored all season. Hada also coached eight All-Great American Conference Third Team members
Hada came to Bethany after spending the previous season at fellow Great American Conference member Northwestern Oklahoma State as the Associate Head Coach. He served as the Offensive Line Coach, Camp Coordinator and Academic Coordinator.
Before Northwestern, Hada spent six seasons at Southwestern Oklahoma State. Starting in 2009, He served as the Offensive Line Coach where he had five different All-Conference selections. In 2012, Co-Offensive Coordinator duties were added as he had the No. 2 and 3 career rushing leaders in school history. In 2014 He was named Assistant Head Coach and became the Co-Offensive Coordinator.
Hada coached nine seasons at Olivet Nazarene (2000-08) where he helped the Tigers win the NCCAA Victory Bowl in 2004 and 2005. ONU won the Mid-States Football Association titel in 2003. He also scored three different NAIA All-Americans. He served as the Defensive Coordinator from 2003-08, Outside Linebackers and Strong Safety Coach from 2007-08 and the Defensive Line Coach from 2000-07. He also was the Strength and Conditioning Coordinator from 2002-08.
He also spent the spring of 2000 as an Offensive Line Assistant at Mid-America Nazarene.
Hada earned a bachelor's in biology from Mid-America Nazarene in 2000 and a master's in teaching from Olivet Nazarene in 2002.
He was a four-year letterman at MNU where he was selected to the National and HAAC vs. NIAC All-Star Games. He helped lead the Pioneers to three different bowl appearances as well.
Hada and his wife Dana live in Weatherford with their daughter Maddy.
