Maly begins his second year as a graduate assistant and oversees the tight end position.
Maly comes to Southern Nazarene from Northwestern Oklahoma State where he played all four years for the Rangers at center. He started in 38 games and was a member of the Leadership Council for three years. He also helped as a student assistant after completing his eligibility in November 2015. He assisted in recruiting visits, transcript evaluations, organizing and managing of the equipment room and all NWOSU Football social media accounts. He also served as an assistant coach in the spring with the offensive line, signaled plays for the no-huddle system and set up the field for practice each day.
He earned a bachelor's in health and sports science education with a minor in sports psychology in 2016. Maly made the Vice President's Honor Roll in the spring of 2013, 15 and 16 and the fall of 2015.
Maly is a native of Prague, Oklahoma, where he graduated in 2012.
