Adam Langvardt

Adam Langvardt enters his third season as the Special Teams/Strength and Conditioning Coordinator. He came to SNU from Sterling College, where he spent the two previous seasons as the linebackers/defensive line coach, special teams coordinator, and strength and conditioning coach.
 
A native of Buhler, Kansas, Langvardt graduated from Buhler High School in 2004. While at Buhler, he was an All-Conference selection in baseball and football and was a three-time state qualifier in wrestling. He also won a state championship in powerlifting.
 
After graduation, he attended Sterling College, where he earned a bachelor’s in exercise science and professional education in 2008. While at Sterling, he was a two-time All-Conference choice, and also earned Academic All-American honors.
 
Upon graduation, Langvardt spent two seasons as an assistant coach at Sterling, where he was the running backs coach and in charge of strength and conditioning.
 
He then moved on to Malone University, where he was a graduate assistant in charge of strength and conditioning and safeties while obtaining his master’s in organizational leadership in 2012.
 
Upon finishing his degree, he moved on to Dordt College, where he spent one season as the safeties coach, special teams coordinator, and strength and conditioning coordinator for the 2012 season. He then went to Morningside College for one season, where he coached running backs in 2013. 

He and his wife Jessica live in Bethany.
