·   Prepped three varsity seasons at Jacksonville High School, where he graduated in 2021
·   Served two seasons as team captain
·   Awarded Second Team All-District Pitcher as a sophomore
·   Earned First Team All-District his senior season

·   Born Sept. 26, 2002 to Michael and Heather Hamlett
·   Has one brother, Brayton
·   Dad played college basketball at Hill College, Uncle, Kee Kee, played college basketball at Richland College, and Uncle, Cory, played college football at Sam Houston
·   Majoring in exercise science with plans to become a personal trainer after graduation 
·   Enjoys working out and hanging out with friends
