Tim Cole begins his sixth year as an Assistant Coach for Pitching and serves as the Resident Director of Snowbarger Residential Complex. Cole pitched the 2011 and 2012 seasons for Southern Nazarene and graduated in 2012. with a bachelor's in kinesiology. He also earned a master's in sport management and administration from SNU.
This summer Cole plans to coach with Athletes in Action in Guatemala and Panama.
Cole played two years at Labette Community College where he was an All-Jayhawk Conference selection as a pitcher and helped lead the Cardinals to the regional tournament. He earned an associate's in physical education in 2010.
He pitched in the NBC World Series as the closer for the Derby Twins (Jayhawk Summer League) in 2009 and 2010 as Derby reached the semifinals in the NBC World Series both years.
He was also a starting pitcher for the Niagara Power in the Summer of 2011 and was selected to the NYCBL All-Star game. He helped lead the Niagara Power to their first playoffs.
Cole and his wife Casey live in Bethany.
