·   Played one season for the Jaguars

·   Played four varsity seasons at Mount Miguel High School in San Diego, Calif., where he graduated in 2011
·   Was a two-time all-league first team selection
·   Named all-county first team as a senior
·   Helped the Matadors to a CIF Championship as a sophomore and a runner-up finish as a freshman
·   Played three years of varsity soccer as well
