HIGH SCHOOL
·   Prepped two varsity seasons at Boyd (Texas) High School where he graduated in 2013
·   Was a two-time Class 2A-5 Division I All-District, All-Wise County and All Denton County selection
·   Was selected to play in the Oil Bowl as a senior
·   Threw for 1,600 yards and 15 touchdowns and rushed for 600 yards and eight touchdowns as a senior
·   Notched 600 yards receiving and six touchdowns and rushed for 200 yards and five touchdowns as a junior
·   Ran track three seasons as well
·   Won the district title in the 200 and qualified for the area and regional meet in the 200, 4x100-meter and 200-meter relays as a senior
·   Ran a leg on the 4x100-meter relay team that won the district title as a junior
·   Qualified for the regional meet in the 4x100-meter and 4x200-meter relays as a junior and senior
·   Ran a leg on the 4x100-meter and 200-meter relay teams that won a district title as a freshman

·   Born Aug. 24, 1995, to Richard and Stacy McDonald
·   Has one brother and one sister
·   Majoring in criminal justice with a minor in environmental studies
·   Plans to be a game warden or coach football
·   Enjoys the outdoors, hunting, and golf
