•    Forced a fumble against Friends (Kan.)
•    Recorded at least one tackle in 11 of the 12 games he played

•    Named All-CSFL second team as a defensive back
•    Led the Central States Football League in passes defended per game at 1.2
•    Set the school-record for most pass breakups in a single season with 11
•    Became just one of seven players in school history to return a fumble for a touchdown and set the school-record for the longest fumble return for a touchdown at 80 yards at Haskell Indian Nations (Kan.)
•    Was sixth on the team in tackles with 47
•    Recorded a pair of interceptions
•    Notched at least one tackle in every game
•    Posted a season-high eight tackles against NCAA Division II Southwest Baptist and at Texas College
•    Picked off a pass at Haskell Indian Nations (Kan.) and at Texas College
•    Broke up three passes at Eastern New Mexico

2009
•    Recorded 38 tackles, six break ups and three kick returns for 25 yards

HIGH SCHOOL
•    Prepped at Cedar Hill (Texas) High School
•    Recorded 100 tackles as a senior, helping Cedar Hill to the school’s first Texas State Championship
•    Earned all-district second team honors
•    Helped Cedar Hill to three district championships as a freshman, sophomore and junior
•    Finished with 25 tackles as a junior, 55 tackles as a sophomore and 45 tackles as a freshman
•    Recorded four interceptions in his career
•    Earned his way onto the A/B Honor Roll
•    Was a member of the Christian Athletes Leadership Board at Cedar Hill
