Hot Start Not Enough for the Storm

SNU falls in four sets at East Central in their final regular season road game

ADA, Okla. — Southern Nazarene dropped its road contest Tuesday night despite strong start, falling in a four-set battle at East Central.

The Crimson Storm (16-13, 8-7 GAC) took the opening set but couldn't hold off the Tigers (11-17, 6-9 GAC), who won the final three sets to take the match 19-25, 25-21, 26-24, 26-24 at the Kerr Activities Center.

ECU opened set three with a 7-2 lead. SNU chipped away, cutting the deficit to one, but the Tigers took advantage of a 7-1 run to gain control once again.
