Southern Nazarene Rolls Past Arkansas-Monticello

Crimson Storm control the game from start to finish with strong defense and balanced scoring

BETHANY, Okla.- Southern Nazarene's women's basketball used a strong start and solid play throughout to earn a 66-49 win over Arkansas-Monticello inside the Sawyer Center on Friday night. The Crimson Storm jumped out early and led from start to finish, carrying momentum through all four quarters in the matchup.

The Crimson Storm (6-10, 6-6 GAC) came out firing in the first quarter, outscoring the Blossoms 25-12 behind balanced offense and active defense. SNU kept pressure on both ends of the floor and never allowed Arkansas-Monticello (6-12, 1-11 GAC) to make a serious push back into the game.
