SNU Women’s Soccer Adds Transfer Sam Most

Former Upper Iowa midfielder joins Crimson Storm for 2025 season

BETHANY, Okla. - Southern Nazarene Women's Soccer head coach Josh Smith has announced the addition of a transfer to the program.

Sam Most | 5-6 | MF | Apple Valley, California (Upper Iowa University)

The Crimson Storm welcome Sam Most, a midfielder from Apple Valley, California, who joins Southern Nazarene University after playing one season at Upper Iowa University in Fayette, Iowa.

During her high school career, Most earned All-League honors and was part of a CIF Championship team in 2024.

At Upper Iowa, Most played in all 16 games, making 13 starts. She recorded one goal, two assists, and 21 total shots, with nine on target, while playing 1,202 minutes.

Head Coach Josh Smith spoke highly of Most saying, "We are very excited to add Sam to our roster.  I had the privilege of watching Sam play club soccer in California for a few years.  She was also an impact player at Upper Iowa and proved herself to be a great player in the GLVC.  Her blue collar mentality and overall soccer IQ will be a tremendous asset to our midfield.  On top of that, Sam fits the culture of our team and embodies the values we look to live out daily.  We are so excited to welcome her to our program!"

Most will join the Crimson Storm for the 2025 season. The Crimson Storm is coming off the 2024 season where they posted a 6-5-7 overall record and a 4-2-6 in conference while making a GAC Semifinal appearance.
