ARKADELPHIA, Ark. - Southern Nazarene handled business on the road, taking down Henderson State 76-65. The Storm was led by a dominant performance from Hannah Giddey, who racked up another double-double with 21 points and 12 rebounds.

SNU (20-6, 17-3 GAC)  came out firing, with Katie King scoring early in the paint before hitting a three pointer. Jillian Crawford and Carley Gasaway added threes of their own. Giddey then got on the board with a layup, helping the Storm take a 25-14 lead over the Reddies (9-17, 7-13 GAC) in the first quarter.

Henderson State battled back in the second, but Southern Nazarene stayed ahead. Braci Nyberg finished a fastbreak layup, Giddey hit a jumper, and Gasaway drained another three off a King assist. The Reddies closed the gap, but the Crimson Storm held a 34-31 lead going into halftime.

Giddey took over in the third quarter of the game, scoring four straight layups, two assisted by King. King then added a fastbreak bucket, while Nyberg's free throws kept the Storm up 49-46 heading into the fourth quarter.

The Crimson Storm was in full control in the final quarter. King and Giddey stayed aggressive, as Giddey notched another layup coming off an assist from Hannah Duncan. Gasaway hit another three pointer, and a pair of free throws from her helped the Crimson Storm lock in the 76-65 victory.
