Crimson Storm STUNT Opens Season at Dallas Baptist

DALLAS, Texas - Crimson Storm STUNT opened up their 2025 season on the road at Dallas Baptist to take on some of the top STUNT talent in Division II.

The Crimson Storm enters just their second season as a program and their first season as a member of the NCAA. 

The Storm ladies posted a 1-3 record to begin the season in Dallas where they took on Texas A&M Kingsville, Oklahoma Baptist, Texas Woman's, and Dallas Baptist.

SNU picked up their first victory of the season Friday morning as they met the Javelinas in game one. The Crimson Storm got off to a hot start as they defeated TAMUK 11-7.

The Storm then met top ranked Oklahoma Baptist that afternoon. The Bison proved their dominance taking the game 23-0 over Southern Nazarene.

Saturday evening the Crimson Storm went head to head with Texas Woman's who knocked off SNU 14-1.

The Storm had one final game Saturday evening as they met host Dallas Baptist. The Patriots cruised past SNU with a 21-0 victory. 

The Crimson Storm finished their first weekend 1-3 and will look to continue to build off of their results as the season progresses.

"Going into the weekend, we were confident in the routines we had prepared. While several victories might not have reflected on the scoreboard, our team knows those victories. We walk away from the DBU tournament with a clear understanding of where we need to improve and are excited for a fresh week to enhance our routines for the next tournament.", stated Head STUNT Coach Angela Hamilton.

Next Up 

Crimson Storm STUNT will head down the road to Shawnee to the Oklahoma Baptist tournament February 15-16 where they will take on St. Mary's, Texas Woman's, Drury, and Maryville.
