AFTON, Okla. — Southern Nazarene Men's Golf wrapped up its fall schedule this week at the MSSU Fall Invitational, held at the Shangri-La Resort (Heritage/Legends Course) in Afton, Oklahoma. The Crimson Storm finished 17th at 63-over par, posting team rounds of 325, 304, and 298 across the two-day, three-round event.
Central Oklahoma captured the team title at 10-under par, finishing 33 shots ahead of Washburn in second. The tournament was played on a 7,210-yard, par-72 layout that challenged the field with winds gusting up to 40 miles per hour throughout the event.
Dawson Dunlap led the way for SNU, tying for 21st individually after rounds of 76, 72, and 76 for a total of 224 (+8). Enzo Johnson closed strong with a final-round of 73 to finish at 235 (+19), while Simon McBride carded rounds of 80–82–76 to post 238 (+22). Theodor Naus (85–74–81) and Andrew Hill (87–80–73) rounded out the SNU lineup at 240 (+24).
The MSSU Fall Invitational marks the final tournament of the fall season for Southern Nazarene. The Crimson Storm will return to competition February 9–10 when they host the annual Houston Classic to open the spring campaign.
