Storm Dominates Harding with 3-0 Shutout Victory

SNU keeps the Bisons scoreless

BETHANY, Okla. - On Senior Day at Wes Harmon Field, Southern Nazarene put on a show, shutting out Harding University with a dominant 3-0 win.

The Storm (10-3-4, 7-1-3 GAC) came ready to roll against the Bisons (1-12-3, 1-9-0 GAC) and wasted no time making their mark. Junior Duran kicked things off with a couple of shots early on, keeping Harding's defense on their toes.

In the first half, SNU kept the momentum going, at the 15:37 mark, Cesar Solis took a shot at the goal that just went wide, while on defense, Andrej Krivokapic made a great save against Harding's Jake Whittington at 26:45. Both teams headed into halftime still tied at 0-0.

But that didn't last long as the second half kicked off, the Storm came out ready to score. Just 54 seconds in, Axel Agurcia found the back of the net, putting SNU up 1-0. But the Storm didn't settle for just one goal. Lucas Beja got in on the action with 67:54 on the clock, thanks to a great assist from Haruka Miyatake, putting SNU up 2-0.

Orlando Castro stepped up with 74:51 on the clock and found the back of the net, sealing the deal at 3-0. The Crimson Storm kept up their strong defense until the final whistle, making sure Harding didn't score and shutting them out for the 3-0 victory.
