Final Results
EDMOND, Okla. — Southern Nazarene recorded its highest finish in a tournament since the 2013-14 season, as the women's team came in second at the 2019 Diffee Ford Lincoln Invitational.

The Crimson Storm followed up their first round score of 299 with a final round score of 307 to capture a second place finish with a total score of 606. Southwestern Oklahoma State ran away with the tournament as the Bulldogs posted a final round score of 298 and a 579 two-round total. SNU had four players finish inside the top-20 and three finish inside the top-10 as head coach
Derrick Taylor has to be pleased with the performance of his team the last two days.

Bailey Blake led the way for SNU as the junior had her best finish of the season with a fourth place finish. She shot a final round of 74 and finished the tournament with a couple of birdies and a tournament-high 25 pars.

Emilie Jackson and
Sarah Rovenstine each had their first top-10 finishes of the season as Jackson finished tied for seventh, while Rovenstine finished ninth. Jackson shot a final round 83 and Rovenstine carded a 78 which included a hole-out eagle from 190 yards out.

Rounding out the Storm lineup was
Kaylee Petersen who finished 13
th with a final round 78, and a 23
rd place finish from
Heidi Stafford who also carded a 78 on Tuesday.
Carina Hernandez competed as an individual for SNU and she finished 43
rd with her two-round total of 179.

Southern Nazarene will have a couple of weeks off before returning to action, as their next tournament is March 25-26 in Heber Springs, Arkansas for the Natural State Golf Classic.
