ARDMORE, Okla. – Southern Nazarene's equestrian was in action this past weekend at the Two Hunt Seat Shows hosted by the University of Oklahoma.
 
It was a very good weekend for the Crimson Storm's English team as there were multiple top-five finishes across the two-day event. Nobody had a better event than SNU freshman Charity Logemann as she was the high-point rider on Saturday. She finished in first place in both of her events (fences and flat) and received the highest score of all the riders in the event.
 
Southern Nazarene also had another first-place finish as Kristin Hardy took first on Sunday in fences and pointed up to the next class. Hardy also competed in fences and flat on Saturday and placed third and fifth in those respected categories. Mykah Snyder also had a great weekend for the Crimson Storm as she finished second on Saturday and Sunday in pre-novice.
 
Emily Nordhues also had a solid weekend as she competed in pre-novice and took third in both days. Emily Hendrick finished second in novice and pointed up to the next class and also took sixth in novice on Saturday. Also on Saturday, Tessa Bethea finished third in novice, while Raegan Cleveland took fourth in pre-novice.
 
Logemann also competed on Saturday for SNU and she finished fourth in the flat category and fifth in fences.
 
Southern Nazarene will be back in action in a couple of weeks, as they travel to Canyon, Texas to compete in the Two Western Shows hosted by North Texas University.
